Abidjan, CI, March 1, 2017: The General Manager of TRANSCO CLSG says the Company has made significant progress in the implementation of the CLSG interconnection project. Mr. Mohammed M. Sherif said the CLSG project is way on course.

In his opening remarks at the start of the week long 6th Board’s Finance and Administration Committee meeting in Abidjan Wednesday, March 1, 2017, Mr. Sherif said TRANSCO CLSG has signed EPC contracts for the construction of the transmission lines in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

He assured that as soon as formalities for the transmission line in Guinea and Cote d’Ivoire are finalized, those contracts would be signed. Also in the work are the contracts for the various sub stations in the CLSG countries which will be signed shortly.
