The Management of TRANSCO CLSG is organizing an induction workshop for the Country Managers assigned in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea respectively. The workshop is scheduled to take place from September 14 – 16, 2016 at TRANSCO CLSG headquarters in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
Apart from being a legal obligation, induction programs are an essential and critical final piece of the hiring process. It starts the employee off with the right information to ensure maximum productivity as quickly as possible. It also allows the employee to gain valuable information regarding the organization and how they are expected to integrate with it.
In addition, an induction process helps reduce stress and anxiety associated with a new job, and improves the staff morale and feelings about the new job and organization they have joined.
