The CLSG Project is an important interconnection project linking Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. It’s going to provide life-changing moments for millions of people in the Mano River Basin, when the stable and affordable electricity arrives.

TRANSCO CLSG has announced a plan to start commissioning of the transmission line in February 2021, this has put smiles on many faces.

Final construction activities are ongoing in Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea; thus, the long-awaited electricity is about to be realized. That also brings joy to the General Manager of TRANSCO CLSG, Mohammed M. Sherif, the Donors and the governments of the CLSG countries, who have worked tirelessly to ensure the project becomes a reality.
